Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, contacting us, requesting a quotation, or placing an order for any fabrication, interior, civil, or turnkey project, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Quotations and Pricing

All quotations provided by Shri Balaji Fabrication (MultiWork) are prepared based on the project specifications, drawings, dimensions, material requirements, and other information provided by the client.

Quotations are valid only for the period mentioned in the proposal and may change if there are modifications in project scope, material costs, labor charges, taxes, transportation expenses, or any unforeseen market conditions.

Additional work requested after quotation approval will be treated as extra work and billed separately.

Project Confirmation

A project shall be considered confirmed only after the client provides written approval of the quotation, signs the required agreement (if applicable), and pays the agreed advance amount.

Shri Balaji Fabrication (MultiWork) reserves the right to decline or postpone any project until these requirements are fulfilled.

Payment Terms

Clients agree to make payments according to the payment schedule mentioned in the quotation or contract. An advance payment is generally required before procurement of materials and commencement of work.

Remaining payments shall be made according to agreed project milestones or before project handover. Delayed payments may result in temporary suspension of work, delayed project completion, or additional charges where applicable.

Project Execution

Project execution will commence only after receiving the required approvals, advance payment, and site readiness from the client.

Estimated completion dates are provided in good faith; however, actual timelines may vary depending on site conditions, design revisions, availability of materials, weather conditions, government regulations, client approvals, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate project information, necessary site access, utility connections (if required), timely approvals, and coordination with other contractors working at the site.

Any delays caused due to incomplete information or restricted site access may affect the project schedule.

Material Quality

All materials supplied by Shri Balaji Fabrication (MultiWork) shall conform to the specifications agreed upon in the quotation or contract.

In situations where specified materials become unavailable, equivalent quality materials may be used after obtaining client approval. Minor variations in texture, color, finish, or natural material appearance may occur and shall not be considered defects.

Changes and Additional Work

Any modification requested after project commencement, including design changes, additional fabrication, relocation of structures, or changes in materials, may require additional cost and extra completion time.

Such work will only be undertaken after mutual agreement between both parties.

Warranty and Liability

Shri Balaji Fabrication (MultiWork) is committed to delivering quality workmanship using industry-standard practices. Any warranty provided shall be limited to workmanship or materials as specifically mentioned in the project agreement.

Our liability shall not exceed the total value of the contracted work. We shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of our services.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Shri Balaji Fabrication (MultiWork) shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, fire, strikes, labor shortages, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, pandemics, supply chain interruptions, war, civil unrest, or other force majeure events.

Intellectual Property

All drawings, layouts, designs, photographs, documents, quotations, and website content prepared by Shri Balaji Fabrication (MultiWork) remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited.

Any disputes arising from these terms or related services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
